Job Details:

VyTalent Solutions is currently seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Health for a 13-week travel contract. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $2,047.02 to $2,149.37, with scheduling details to be discussed directly with the recruiter.

Applicants should hold an active RN license and current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications. The role requires 2 years of current Pediatric ICU experience as well as at least one completed travel assignment, making it well suited for experienced travel nurses.

Responsibilities:

• Assess home health patients in stable and emergent situations to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the Plan of Care (POC) to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, diet, and home safety, using appropriate teaching methods.
• Supervise and provide clinical directions to home health aides and other staff to ensure service quality and continuity.
• Perform on-call responsibilities and provide on-call services to patients/families as assigned.
