As a Physical Therapist - Home Health, you will provide personalized therapy services to patients in a home health setting while supporting mobility, recovery, and independence. This 13-week contract offers $2,466.80 - $2,590.14 with a schedule from 07:00:00 to 15:00:00 and is open to local and traveler candidates.

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
