Job Details:

Candidates with school-based experience are preferred, and professionals with two or more years of occupational therapy experience are a plus but not mandatory. A willingness to obtain the required state licensure is expected, while new graduates are also welcome to apply and begin their careers in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support and specialized OT services to students in an educational setting.
• Assess and treat students with fine motor, sensory, and developmental needs within the school environment.
• Collaborate closely with school staff, other therapists, and families to ensure services are tailored to each student's individual needs.
• Conduct evaluations and develop intervention plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes according to school and state requirements.
