As a Certified Surgical First Assist - Operating Room, you will support surgeons and the surgical team throughout procedures by providing technical assistance and maintaining sterile conditions. You will assist with surgical tasks, manage instruments and supplies, support operating room preparation, and contribute to smooth and efficient surgical care.

Job Details:

We're currently looking for a Certified Surgical First Assist to join a hospital team for a 13-week contract assignment. The position provides a pay range of $1,855.85 to $1,948.64 and offers a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM daytime schedule.

This assignment is local and traveler friendly, providing an opportunity for qualified surgical first assists to take on a short-term hospital role. Candidates should contact their recruiter to learn more about role-specific requirements and assignment details.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized care to patients across a variety of acute and subacute units.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.

• Advocate for the best possible patient experience while supporting recovery, safety, and continuity of care.
• Assist in surgical procedures as a Certified Surgical First Assist, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.
